My name is Elad Meidar, I'm a Web developer

For as long as i can remember, i was fascinated by web. What started off as a hobby fast became my profession, passion and fun. I am currently working on web products for 9 years, passing my way through many program languages, platforms and success stories.
I experienced almost every aspect of web development as a developer, designer, architect and as a team leader collaborating on small projects as well on large scale applications as well.
I believe that simple is better and that making standard-drive, simple and accessible web applications and products should be the #1 rule on any developer's manifest.
I am currently developing all my applications with Ruby on Rails, why?

• Rails makes it possible to deliver dynamic web sites quickly, minimizing your investment in paying consultants
• Rails is under active development, meaning that it keeps up with the latest ideas and standards
• With Rails, all of your software is open source, meaning you only pay for development and hosting. This can save you thousands of dollars in licensing fees
• Working with Rails, just makes my life simply easier as a developer.

In the past 7 years i have been a part of startup companies for almost the entire time, I opened, developed and sold one of my companies back in 2002 and since than consulting other startup companies as well as founding new ones.
Currently i am the happy founder or member of a few exciting companies and organizations:

• RailsBridge - a supportive Ruby on Rails community, hope in!

I'm currently consulting a Venture Capital firm in USA, following due-diligence assessments and support for existing startup investments. I am also running a small but yet vivid development firm in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

N6 is Located in Fort Lauderdale and Israel we provide high quality services to our clients world wide with love and caring. We love making web applications, we hold a few in house development projects but we also enjoy helping others release new exciting projects to the air and contribute our experience and knowledge to their success.
